Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Neon Nova website (the "Service") operated by Neon Nova ("us", "we", or "our").

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Neon Nova and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Neon Nova's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Neon Nova at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Limitations

In no event shall Neon Nova or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Neon Nova's website, even if Neon Nova or a Neon Nova authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

Changes

Neon Nova reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
