Each neon sign is meticulously crafted to meet your specifications. Our processing time typically ranges from 5 to 7 business days from the date of order placement/confirmation.
Please note that custom orders or bulk orders may require additional processing time.
We offer free standard shipping via UPS all over Canada.
Expedited shipping options are available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact our customer service team for more information.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.
Estimated delivery times will be provided to you during the checkout process.
Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or customs processing may affect delivery times.
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory outcome for you.
Electric components (wire & LED tube) of the signs come with two years of warranty. Please contact customer services at hello@neonnova.ca to claim warranty.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to arrange for a replacement or refund.
You will have to send back the damaged piece, once we receive it, we process new order on same design.
