While we specialize in custom neon signs, we do offer a small selection of pre-made designs on our website. However, the beauty of Neon Nova lies in creating a sign that's uniquely yours!

How do I design my custom neon sign?

We offer two ways to design your custom sign:

1. Upload your own design file (Upload Your Design).

2. Use our free design support to create your sign from scratch. (Free Design Support)

What is the turnaround time for custom neon signs?

Our turnaround time for custom neon signs is typically 2-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.

Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

We understand that things can change! We will do our best to accommodate changes to your order if it has not yet gone into production. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major including PayPal, credit cards and debit cards. 

Do you offer shipping?

Yes, we offer shipping across Canada through UPS Shipping services. Shipping costs will be calculated at order completion on the size and weight of your sign.

Can I pick up my sign in person?

Currently, we do not offer in-person pickup. However, we are always exploring ways to better serve our customers.

How do I care for my neon sign?

Your neon sign is a delicate piece of art. To ensure it lasts for years to come, we recommend cleaning it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using any harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

What is the lifespan of a neon sign?

With proper care, a custom neon sign can last for 10-15 years or even longer. LED neon signs generally have an even longer lifespan.
